TERMS AND CONDITIONS   
IN THE LOOP ART’ COMPETITION   

The Promoter is:  Hubbub Foundation UK Registered Charity No. 1158700 | Registered Company No. 09038107 Registered office is at Somerset House, The Strand, London, WC2R 1LA    

The competition is open to residents of Merton, Sutton, Wandsworth, Lambeth and Kingston aged between 13- 21 year olds, except for children in the care of employees of Hubbub Foundation UK and Evian, or close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations or judging of the competition.   

The prize is provided by Hubbub Foundation UK and Evian. 

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.   

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.   

Closing date for entry will be 18th June at 23.59. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.   

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.   

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.     

Only one entry will be accepted per person.   

The prizes  are: 

  • A pair of tickets to the Wimbledon Championships in 2022 and an exclusive artistic workshop with a renowned British artist.
  • Limited Edition evian reusable bottles. 
  • The winning artwork will be on display on side of the new bins during this year’s Tennis Championship and seen by thousands.

The rules and how to enter are as follows: 

To enter the prize draw you must complete the following by the closing date:   

  • Read and follow the guidance on submission format 
  • Once you or your child has completed their artwork in line with the submission format, take a photo of their drawing and email it to [email protected]. Include your child's name, age and address and contact number.   

The judging criteria : 
 
Entries will be judged on your creativity and passion for either of the two briefs, recycling or local pride. Let your love for good food and our planet shine through.   

  • The first place winner will receive a pair of tickets to The Championships in 2022 and a workshop with a professional artist. There will be a runner-up prizes of Limited Edition Evian reusable bottles for up to ten runners up.  
  • The winners will be notified via email within one week of the closing date.    

If a winner cannot be contacted, has not completed both criteria for entry or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.     

  • Delivery of the prizes will be made to a domestic address in mainland UK only.     
  • Hubbub, the promoter’s, decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.     
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.     
  • The winner’s parent or guardian agrees to the use of the winner’s name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.     
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the promoter and not to any other party.   • Hubbub shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.     
  • Hubbub reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.    

 Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
