Ingredients (Serves 4)

200g of berries e.g. strawberries, raspberries (or any soft fruits needing to be used up).

400ml milk

2-3 scoops Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice-cream

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser and blend together.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy
