Ingredients

1 bunch rosemary

1 bunch thyme

2 cloves of garlic

200ml olive oil

Method

  1. Bring the oil to a medium temperature (60/70oc).
  2. Add the herbs and garlic.
  3. Turn the oil down to a low heat.
  4. Allow the herbs to infuse in the oil for 2/3 hours
