Raspberry vinaigrette A happy home for a stray raspberry. Raspberries a little past their peak are the perfect addition to this summer vinaigrette. You can freeze them at any point so that you're always set with this soon-to-be summer staple. White wine vinegar is also fine. Ingredients 6 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 150g frozen/rresh raspberries 2 tsp honey Method Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth or whisk vigerously by hand.
