Protein is a real buzzword these days. It’s great for muscle growth and repair and a key part of any diet. But where we get our protein from really matters to the planet and our health so it’s important to get savvy about your protein sources.

Why do we need to reduce the amount of meat we eat?

We recently ran a trial with male gym users challenging them to replace half of their animal-based protein with plant-based protein. We provided Meat Your Match participants with fitness trackers, nutritional advice and peer support to see if they could maintain their fitness whilst halving their meat consumption.
