Berries and fruit freeze fabulously, so there’s no need to let these end their days in the bin. As soon as you realise you're not going to use an item of fruit, chop it up, bag it up and freeze it.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

A handful of frozen berries

A handful of frozen fruit

200ml non-dairy or dairy milk, or yogurt

1 cup of oats (optional)

Nuts (optional)


  1. Pop your frozen berries and fruit in a blender or smoothie maker, add milk or yoghurt, plus oats (if using).
  2. Blitz until smooth and enjoy!
  3. Could it be easier (freezier)?
