Basil and other herb stalks often end up being wasted after we’ve used the leaves. There is lots of flavour in the stalks, so it would be a shame not to use them. Use this passata on pizzas or as a pasta sauce

Aromatic sage is used in Italian cooking with pasta dishes such as gnocchi and risotto. We have paired it with white beans in this delicious pasta. It is known as a ‘miracle herb,’ for it’s healing properties, Italian’s even used to use it to clean their teeth.
