Easy Chocolate Truffles Got some older chocolate that's lost it's smooth taste? Here's a super simple way to revive it, transforming it into impressive chocolate truffles with this 5-minute recipe (not including the 2 hours waiting!) Ingredients 100g chocolate, ideally ‘single origin’ A sprinkle of sea salt cocoa powder, to dust Directions 1. Line a small container with unbleached parchment paper. 2. Finely chop 100g chocolate into small pieces and place into a bowl, zero the scales and add 50ml of boiling water too. 3. Set aside for 1 minute, then gently stir until the chocolate has melted. 4. Pour into the container. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and refrigerate for two hours, or until set. 5. Turn out onto a chopping board, cut into rectangular pieces and dust with cocoa powder to finish. This lovely recipe was shared by Eco Chef Tom Hunt, thank you!
