Hubbub has been inspired by the ways people and businesses are adapting to the sudden changes caused by COVID-19.  It has been amazing to see the speed that new support networks have sprung up.

With daily routines transformed, Hubbub has shifted focus and is using our knowledge and experience to help people cope with life in lockdown Britain through a new Live Savvy campaign

We’ve created resources helping people to cope with extended home working or who are now having to balance home schooling with other domestic demands.  Our ideas explore ways to balance household bills, tips for making food go further and suggestions for creating positive home environment.

Across Live Savvy you’ll find resources, tips, videos and recipes to help adjust to changes as well as saving money and learning something newSo far, we’ve shared plenty of ways to make the food we already have go further, from getting creative with cupboard staples, meal planning and batch cooking, to growing your own herbs and veg with or without a garden. We’ve also created tips on balancing household bills when working from home, and there’s lots more to come on food, growing, homes and fashion.

How you can use Live Savvy content

You can find the Live Savvy guide below, and there’s something for everyone, so please do share it with your colleagues, organisation, family or friends

We've found setting ‘team challenges’ a great way to try some of these things together, making them sociable and a good way for teams to stay connected. It also helps to spark more conversations about where else your team may need supportand we’d love to hear the tips and tricks you’ve been using to get through this time too.

We've also created a comms guide to help our partners and collaborators share and promote Live Savvy messaging across their channels, which you can find below.

Live sessions

It can seem harder to connect with people at times like this so we’re reaching out even further. Every week on our Instagram or Facebook we’ll be holding live sessions to run tutorials, answer questions and stay better connected with you. Join us on Wednesday to ‘Ask Us Anything’ or on Fridays to watch our live demos and interviews.

Stay tuned

We’re also going to be creating a dedicated hub of resources for children, to help support with homeschooling, so keep an eye out and subscribe to our newsletter for friends and/or business bulletin to hear first!
