This no-bake pudding is ready in just a few minutes - perfect for when you have a sudden dessert craving. It's also a gluten, dairy and refined sugar free way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen Banana or 1 banana and 4 ice cubes
  • 35g vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 20g cashews
  • 20g coconut milk cream
  • 50 ml nut milk
  • 5g cacao nibs (or dark chocolate for a sweeter desert)

Method

Place the nut milk and coconut cream in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients, blend until you have an ice cream like consistency.
