Saskia Restorick Director Saskia is passionate about thoughtful living: living well, with a deep understanding of sustainability, and enabling others to do the same. She is also passionate about her boys, her cat and (sustainably sourced) chocolate. Saskia started working life at Global Action Plan, where she spent 6 years running environmental behaviour change projects with corporates, local authorities and schools, and then managing all the London-based projects. She then led Accenture UK’s environmental programme for 3 years, gaining ISO14001, and setting their first ever carbon reduction target, as well as managing their company-wide employee environmental engagement initiatives. From a global corporate giant to a social enterprise start-up, Saskia moved to the Sustainable Restaurant Association, seeing it through from launch to established industry body. After having her second little boy, she started at Hubbub in May 2015.
