Saskia Restorick Director What's your main area of work at Hubbub? Our impact: making sure our projects have as much impact as possible and that we measure it well. I also support the team, with training and random bits of advice, and (pre-lockdown) an array of snacks. And, like everyone, whatever bits and pieces need doing to keep the wheels on. What's your favourite campaign and why? Live Lagom with IKEA. It was my life for over 3 years, and it was truly transformational for the participants who changed their lives to live more sustainably, and for the brilliant team who worked on it from IKEA, University of Surreya dn Hubbub. It showed that true sustainability is for everyone, and makes your whole life better. Oh and I loved all the cakes. What did life before Hubbub look like? A seamless flow from studying classics, to discovering my passion for sustainable behaviour change at Global Action Plan, to learning how to persuade Accenture to adopt carbon targets as their Envionment Lead, to helping to launch the Sustainable Restaurant Association. And becoming a mother to two gorgeous and wild boys. What else are you passionate about? Chocolate. What would you eat if you only had one meal left? Noodle soup or truffely cheesy pasta. and chocolate mousse.
