Sarah Divall Creative Partner What's your main area of work at Hubbub? I wear a few different hats at Hubbub but work primarily as a creative producer which involves a lot of running around making films, podcasts and events as well as supporting teams in bringing whacky ideas to life. You'll might also find me running a few sustainable fashion projects and even catch me presenting our new podcast series and a few of our videos. What's your favourite campaign and why? So hard to pick but I think it's got to be Community Cycling in Tower Hamlets. It shows how we can start to look at environmental issues more holistically by looking at what the barriers might be for a person getting on a bike beyond the obvious. It's also a project that feels owned by the community, it's created by them to work best for them and it helps the planet too. What's not to love. What did life before Hubbub look like? In my previous life I was (and still am) a book worm who studied Literature at the Universty of Southampton. Hubbub was my first job out of university (if you don't count my time as a theatre usher or weekend furniture salesperson) and the rest, as they say, is history. What else are you passionate about? I'm a self proclaimed connoisseur of the pubs of London, I love sweaty gig venues, getting my nose in a book, new plays and good cinema. Normally found eating pasta in the garden with pals. What would you eat if you only had one meal left? That chilli, garlic pasta Jon Favreau makes in the movie Chef. Who’s your Eco crush? Whoever made that documentary Fantastic Fungi on Netflix as well as Michael Pollan and Naomi Klien.
