Ross Mitchell Project Lead I’m passionate about people – I love understanding what makes them light up and what makes them tick. Alongside this I enjoy exploring innovative ways to do things differently and have always been interested in challenger branding. The final piece of the puzzle is sustainability – I grew up on a small farm in Cornwall so understanding and working with the environment is something that I value enormously and fully believe in. These three things brought me to Hubbub which combines them brilliantly. Helping people change to a more sustainable lifestyle and creating demand for this, I see as key to a successful future. Making this positive, fun and engaging is essential – I feel that there’s too much doom and gloom around environmental messages so Hubbub’s approach aligns perfectly. I joined the Enterprise team in January 2019 and look forward to helping realise this. Outside of work I am an active member of Plastic Free Brixton – a group helping engage local businesses and the community in reducing single-use plastics. I also volunteer for Switchboard, an LGBT+ helpline offering calm and informed support to the LGBT+ community. I am also a keen traveller, martial artist, animal lover and photographer as well as a big follower of international affairs.
