Ray Hopkinson Project Co-ordinator Having just graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Geography, Ray has joined Hubbub as a Sustainability Intern. She has campaigned on a wide number of social and environmental issues from introducing food waste bins on campus to encouraging her university to divest from fossil fuels to implementing landlord licensing in Toronto whilst on her year abroad. She is extremely passionate about reducing the consumption of disposable plastic and wrote her dissertation on the social and environmental effects of the production, distribution and consumption of bottled water. Most recently she has headed student engagement for #1MoreShot campaign recycling coffee cups in to reusable objects. Ray will be helping to tackle litter, drive down single use plastic consumption and help boost the circular economy. She is extremely interested in behaviour change and making sustainability fun and accessible to all. Outside of work she loves singing and has a great passion for the outdoors.
