Lottie Hanson-Lowe Designer Lottie is one fourth of the design team at Hubbub. From a Trashconverter van in the Forest of Dean to a giant fish zorb in the Thames, Lottie helps develop and deliver creative concepts for Hubbub's campaigns. She graduated from Kingston University in 2015 where she became passionate about using design thinking for social good. Her work has always been informed by human issues and has been featured on i-D, Its Nice That, Creative Review and El Pais. She is also a proud WE party founding member. Lottie completed the social innovation course Year Here, where she developed a Mental Health toolkit for the North London YMCA staff and consulted on the GLA’s Mayor’s Civic Crowdfunding Programme. In 2016, Lottie co-founded Misc, a social enterprise which redistributed unwanted furniture to people affected by the poverty premium. She organised an Upcycling Hack Day where she invited skilled crafts people to donate their skills and transform waste furniture into something beautiful. This furniture was then sold for profit and the money was used to buy essential household items for vulnerable people in East London. Lottie loves to collaborate with people of different professional backgrounds and is excited to use her design skills to encourage behavioural change around waste through playful interventions.
