I’m a Food Project Lead at Hubbub, a role that brings together my background in NGO communications, and my lifelong passion for eating and living sustainably. Before joining Hubbub, I spent four years working as a chef and teaching sustainable cooking courses in Dublin.

Across my work, I want to help people eat in a way that’s better for their health and our planet. We have become very disconnected from how our food is produced and face endless misinformation about diets, but with the right skills and knowledge we can take back a lot of control and learn to  Seeking out local, seasonal produce and eating less and better meat may seem like small changes, but when lots of people make small changes the outcome can be extraordinary.

Outside of work I love to read about social history, cook, ferment all manner of veg, and explore London’s beautiful parks.
