We've partnered with Euston Green Link to deliver a series of exciting workshops in the Euston area. The workshops will be sharing a wide variety of skills to make eating a more sustainable diet easier and tastier than ever. Book your place here.

Our evening will start with a trip to a local spice shop where we will explore all the tantalizing aroma’s, tastes, and colours the world of spice can offer. After scratching up on our spice knowledge we’ll head to a local kitchen and learn to cook some quick and delicious dishes in good company with star chef Nikita Gulhane. Once dinner is served we'll sit and enjoy our feast together.

Chef Nikita Gulhane from Spice Monkey has been a producer and reporter for BBC Radio 4’s food programme and has worked with some of the biggest names in food publishing, including Madhur Jaffrey. He has also fed some of the biggest names in rock and pop, from BB King to The Pogues, The Ramones to Simply Red.

Nikita loves teaching and provides training to all skill levels, ranging from Jamie Oliver’s fifteen apprentices to primary school children in Peckham. So the class is suitable for people of all cooking abilities - all you need is the desire to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in amongst good company.

Book your places to the workshop here. Limited places, so book early!
